Here are the two traveler’s notebooks that I created for the relatively nothing that happened in 2020. This smaller format worked really well for documenting more of the mundane, everyday things, and I think I’d like to continue doing that in either a TN or a smaller album going forward!
You probably can’t read half of the journaling, but not sure you’d care to read it all anyway!
The year fit nicely into two inserts, and I began each month with printouts of the timeline of COVID events of the month. Those were free downloads from Persnickety Prints. Some of the other COVID-related items you see were printables from other locations.
This was a running list I updated throughout the year. One spread about our trip to Vegas in February which was our only travel. This was a list I made during a live listing session held by Layle by Mail. She has been doing live TN sessions every Saturday since March and has given me lots of good ideas about what to document in a TN and possible layout designs. Our toilet paper story.
A spread about the sparrows that made a nest above our front door and had five adorable babies. Documenting all the TV we have been watching. The news that I was going to have a hysterectomy. This is one of my fave layouts using some die cuts and random photos. A mini layout about well you know what. I will still do a couple of large layouts in my 12×12 album. This is my favorite layout of them all. I really like how this one turned out too. The background is a glitter paste through a stencil. OOPS–I might have missed printing a Christmas photo on this layout!
